Suggested spacing is 2 to 3 weeks between sessions to allow time to integrate what comes up. But this is yours. You move at the pace that is right for you.

What happens after I book?
Once you complete your booking you will receive a confirmation with your video call link and the date and time of your session. Show up exactly as you are. I will take it from there.
Do I need to have it figured out before I show up?
No. You do not need the right words or to have it sorted. The sisters who benefit most from these sessions are often the ones who feel the most tangled up when they walk in. You just have to be willing to show up and tell the truth about where you are. I will do the rest.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither. This is a private, Spirit-led conversation. It does not follow a clinical framework or a coaching method. It is presence, discernment, and someone who understands from the inside what you are carrying and can speak to it directly.
What is the difference between the Breakthrough Session and the Journey Package?
The Breakthrough Session is one focused 60-minute session for the sister who needs clarity on something specific right now. You bring what has been heavy. We get to the root of it and you leave with truth you can stand on.
The Journey Package is three sessions to use however you need them within 90 days. There is no set structure or predetermined arc. You come when you are ready. Each session meets you exactly where you are in that moment, whether something new has come up, something is still sitting with you, or you simply need to go deeper. You lead.
