The Lock-In · Contributor Invitation
Lend your voice
Help encourage a sister while she locks in for 30 days.
You don't need a platform. You need a heart to encourage.
What the Lock-In is
More than a challenge. An invitation.
For 30 days, women lock in together. They choose each day to trust the Father, surrender what they cannot control, faithfully live the assignment in front of them, and encourage one another as they keep becoming the women they're called to be.
Sisters pray together, make intentional daily decisions, grow in their relationship with the Father, and learn to live with greater peace, surrender, obedience, and trust.
One of the most meaningful parts of this experience is hearing from another sister. What you carry is worth passing on.
Every day, three places
The Covenant. Her. Him.
Together we pray, reflect, take intentional action, and keep showing up as daughters.
The Covenant
Trusting the Father with covenant love, and with what she cannot control.
Her
Peace, identity, healing, and the daily work of becoming.
Him
Surrender, obedience, and staying faithful to the assignment.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for women who encourage.
Honesty carries further than polish here.
Speak with humility, wisdom, and hope. This isn't a teaching you have to get right. It's something true that strengthens a sister and reminds her to stay faithful.
One sincere message makes a lasting impact.
What you'll record
One vertical video. Two to five minutes.
Keep it natural and conversational. Imagine you're sitting with a sister who needs hope today. There's no perfect formula. Speak from your heart.
A few places to start. Choose the one that resonates. You don't have to answer them all.
Share something the Father taught you in a difficult season, and how it changed the way you trust Him.
Share one truth that kept you surrendered when it would've been easier to get discouraged.
Encourage a sister who feels like giving up. What would you want her to remember today?
Share a lesson about peace, obedience, patience, healing, waiting, identity, forgiveness, or trusting His timing.
If you could sit across the table from one sister for five minutes, what would you tell her before she goes on?
Please record
- Vertically
- In a quiet, well-lit space
- With clear audio
- Between 2 and 5 minutes
Please avoid
- Fear-based messaging
- Condemning or shaming language
- Promises about another woman's future
- Speaking as though you know the Father's specific plan for someone else's relationship
- Excessive self-promotion inside your encouragement
The goal is a peaceful, encouraging experience that keeps the focus on strengthening and serving our sisters.
If you're selected
Here's what you'll send.
- Your final video
- A headshot
- A short bio
- One social account or website where sisters can stay connected with you
Videos are due July 27, and The Lock-In begins August 1. Submission instructions and everything else you need come to you once selections are made.
Questions
Do I need speaking experience?
No. If you have a heart to encourage other women, we'd love for you to apply.
Do I have to follow one of the prompts?
No. The prompts are only there to help you get started. Share whatever encouraging message you feel would strengthen a sister during her Lock-In.
Do I have to be on the other side of what I'm sharing?
No. Some women share what carried them through. Some share what's carrying them right now. Both strengthen a sister. The voice is what's needed, and so is the encouragement, the wisdom, the word, the blueprint. Wherever you're standing, you have something worth handing to her.
What do I record with?
Whatever you have. A phone, a webcam, a camera. All we ask is that it's vertical, well-lit, and the audio is clear.
When do I need to have my video in?
July 27. That gives us time to prepare everything before the first day, August 1.
